Ugh, the gym. Complimentary towels are nice, but dammit, look at his abs. Look at her calves. It’s an exercise in self-consciousness before you ever Google how to use the exercise equipment.

Burst isn’t a gym, though. Burst makes fitness a celebration. Everybody exercises, in concert, but performance is personal. You can wear spandex in the intimate studio space and feel like a superhero, even before you look like one.

The Ask

Burst wanted to explode onto the boutique fitness scene, but first needed to tone and build their brand to lay the framework for franchises across the country.

The Answer

Burst’s infectious fitness, featuring cardio + yoga, sculpted muscle and mind as one. So, we channeled that holistic approach as we transformed Burst’s identity. The fresh family of logos drove through the doubters, and embraced evolution going forward, while the tagline – Unity. Community. You. – hit on the heart at Burst’s core.

Our website lifted the Burst brand with a modern spin. The scalable digital space featured photography that captured the symmetry and dynamism that Burst was all about. And the content spoke to the individual, utilizing punchy phrasing as an invitation to immerse yourself in the electric community.

We scrapped the stale studio aesthetic on every NYC street corner and went bold – for a feel good flow that kicked your butt.
