Orange Leaf brought a new snack concept to the local market: Build-your-own frozen yogurt. Being a franchise, they had the power of national advertising backing them but wanted to supplement that with something local to gain a greater presence within the community.

Being the first of this type of eatery in this market, they needed to get the word out about their concept and invite locals to try it out. Being that their business is a highly social endeavor, they wanted to use social media to get the word out about their events and for people to have a way to organically share their own froyo creation photos with their friends.
I Scream, You Scream
They enlisted us to manage their social media. With frequent Facebook contests that gave away gift cards and free froyo we asked people to caption silly photos, post their own Orange Leaf creations and share these images with their friends and on Twitter. Facebook offers were also posted that followers could claim and redeem.
